Bret is the proud father of four daughters who have participated in all kinds of sports through the years. He has coached many of their teams and now that they are older he enjoys sitting back and watching from the sidelines.

Growing up in Orange County, Kenny has always been involved in competitive sports such as soccer, baseball, & track. As a result, he has spent quite a bit of time as a physical therapy patient. This helped to spark Kenny’s passion for helping others improve their quality of life and get back to doing the things they love. In his free time, Kenny enjoys going to the gym, playing golf, hiking, watching sports, & spending time with his friends and family.

Following graduate school, Heather attended Kaiser Permanente's Orthopedic Residency Program. She received her Orthopedic Clinical Specialty (OCS) license in 2011. She has also completed Pilates Reformer Training from Balanced Body and enjoys incorporating pilates into physical therapy treatment when applicable. Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and young son. They enjoy going for bike rides, hiking, paddle boarding, and attending Anaheim Ducks games.

Trace has a background in sports performance as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Trace continues to be amazed by the makeup of the human body and enjoys helping others overcome injury and return to their active lifestyle...stronger, faster, better. He resides in San Clemente and loves spending time with his wife and four children, surfing, backpacking & canyoneering, and snowboarding.
